Lightning Lady just wanted dating advice.
What she got instead was the horrifying realization that:

1. The Team-Up Talk is very real

2. It is very thorough

3. And yes… she’s absolutely come up in other people’s versions of it

This page is mostly dialogue, pauses, and one perfectly timed sip of soda—but it does a lot of character work. It cements Miss Match as the calm, experienced voice in the room… and Lightning Lady as someone who now has some very serious thinking to do about Angus.

Lightning Lady: Angus and I just started dating… Do I need to have the Team-Up Talk with him?

Miss Match: Couldn’t hurt. A good Team-Up Talk also covers thwarts, sidekicks, henches, fans, secret identities… 

Lightning Lady: How have I never heard of the Team-Up Talk?! 

Miss Match: Trust me. You've been the subject of plenty of them!

Lightning Lady: Was I mentioned in your Team-Up Talk?!

Miss Match: (pauses)

Miss Match: (takes a sip of her soda)

Miss Match: (smiles)

Lightning Lady: I… I need to have the Team-Up Talk…
