Corporate retreats can be tricky — especially when your coworkers were stitched together in a lab. In this Meanwhile… strip, Miss Match gamely tries to guide Doctor Muskiday and his “team” through a simple rock-climbing outing. But when mad science meets management strategy, you just know someone’s going to take the term team-building a little too literally.

Miss Match gestures toward Dr. Muskiday and a group of identical Frankenstein-style monsters standing in a row behind him. Dr. Muskiday looks small but smug, the monsters look confused or blank-faced.
Miss Match: Secondly… I think we need to clarify what a “team-building event” really is…
