Marvel: “Civil War” to See Delays[Comic Book Resources] Marvel Comics told comic retailers Tuesday afternoon that their highly succesful “Civil War” series will see some significant delays. Issue #4, originally schedued to ship tomorrow, has been moved back to September 20th, with issue #5 moving from an October release date to November 15th. Marvel issued the following corrections to their shipping list.
