They’re here — the brand-new Evil Inc After Dark books have officially arrived, and they look absolutely fantastic. Crisp printing, dazzling spot gloss, gorgeous color, beautiful paper… everything came together better than I could have hoped. There’s nothing quite like opening a box of fresh EiAD books and seeing months of spicy, silly, and gloriously unhinged work bound into something real.
A huge thank-you to everyone who supported this run — your encouragement (and your impeccable taste in filth) made this possible.
So what’s next?
Fulfillment begins shortly. I’ll be prepping shipments and organizing inventory so these beauties can start making their way into your hands.
Backers will receive their remaining download codes through BackerKit, including the digital versions and add-on eComics.
And once the dust settles, I’ll be diving into planning the next EiAD release — because this universe keeps growing, and I’ve already got ideas simmering.
Holding a finished book is always a little surreal — a reminder of why I love making these stories, and why your support means the world. I can’t wait for you to crack these open and enjoy them.

Captain Heroic: Do I hafta do this??
Yazmine: Since taking over as Justice Ltd’s Director of Public Engagement, I'm showing the world what you heroes have to offer.
Captain Heroic: Tell me about it. I saw yesterday’s video of Phenomenal Lass stopping for breakfast during patrol.
Yazmine: That post went viral!
Captain Heroic: Do you really think #MorningMouthful was popular because of your marketing?!
Phenomenal Lass (in a crash cut scene. She’s standing in front of a street vendor, eating a sausage sandwich): Oopsie! Too much mayo!
Captain Heroic: I would hope today’s video will have a little more dignity than that.
Yazmine (begins recording Cap on her phone’s video camera): Fine.
Yazmine: Let’s focus on #HeroesEatLocal. Tell me again about your favorite waitress who works here. The one that reminds you of your mother.
Hailey (leans into the shot and throws her arms around Cap): Welcome back to Ralph’s Diner, Cap! We missed you! Are you having your “usual?”
Captain Heroic (to Yazmine): What… are you doing?
Yazmine: Trying to find a dignified hashtag for “Mommy Issues.”
I’m launching a new project with my friends Kevin McShane and Dave Kellett that I am absolutely chuffed to share with you! In our new show, The Wrong Way, We teach you how to draw your favorite cartoon characters without getting sued — and spend an insane amount of time roasting each other in the process. The first episode is a banger!
How many times has this happened to you: You’re about to draw your favorite comics or cartoon character when a lawyer from the company that owns the character shows up — ready to sue you!
Well worry no more because in each episode of The Wrong Way, we take one of your favorite pop culture characters and redraw them in a way that no court in the land could possibly convict you for.
And along the way, we share drawing tips, fun stories, and fantastic friendship. It is a fun and 100% legal way to enjoy your favorite intellectual property!
It’s a show about friendship, creativity, and plausible legal deniability. And if you pay attention, you just might learn how to draw… The Wrong Way.
