Every day until Christmas, I’m releasing a brand-new holiday single-panel gag — and this year’s batch has already included:

Rose (from inside the storage closet): “Fine. He loves chicken soup — extra crackers — and a tall lemonade.”

Rose: “Say… do you think you could open the door now? There’s not much air in here.”

It’s never too late for a Halloween wrap-up! Besides… it’s Friday the 13th… how can I resist? We had an outstanding Halloween party. It fell on a Saturday this year — so there was no worrying about school the next day — and Daylight Savings Time gave us an extra hour to sleep in Sunday morning. We had the usual contingent come over to out house for the festivities, plus a few new faces (behind their masks, of course). Max and Alex give you the play-by-play — plus the offer their thoughts on the best — and worst — candy to find in your bag.
