It’s October, and you know what that means — Halloween!
On our drive to school today, the boys and I discuss their plans for making Halloween costumes — and our upcoming Halloween party.
Max is showing his D&D fandom with plans for a Dragonborn look, and our resident Whovian Alex is planning to build a Dalek costume. Then, we move on to a conversation about my appearance on the Black Tribbles podcast last night. One of the many topics we discussed was casting for the upcoming Dr. Strange movie. We agreed that if it couldn’t be me, it should be a certain actor that — sadly — has not been discussed yet. When you hear the reaction when I drop the man’s name, you’ll agree, it’s can’t-miss casting. Here’s a hint: He wouldn’t have to give up his PhD. Last week’s Evil Inc Erotica release took us inside a fertility clinic where the bedside manner was professional, the treatment was unconventional, and the doctor had considerably more hands-on experience than anyone expected.
The new illustration introduced Dr. Deepwell, his nervous patient Natalie, and her increasingly concerned boyfriend, Todd. Then, the accompanying prose story explored the entire examination in all its medically dubious, tentacle-intensive detail.
It’s a monster-romance scenario with a clinical setting, a worried boyfriend, and a doctor who is extremely confident in his treatment plan.
